("Resident" is a confusing term since it can be a job status, but in this instance it only means: does the character want to physically live at the clinic? There are a few bedrooms for employees!)

Also, glowing blue might be received favorably by some of the regular patients, who were initially drawn to the clinic thinking it was blessed by Shirley (a ghost who used light to heal, but some considered her a patron saint). This could be interesting. :-)
