[Perhaps it could be said to be something of a tradition formed in Anatole--or much more simply, a habit he'd had little reason to break. Either way, since his arrival in Anatole, Kotetsu has found himself doing something or another for every birthday announced over the Forge network. This one is no exception, but due to circumstances mostly of his own doing, he finds himself in a position where he is unable to either attend the party or get a gift for this 'Remus Lupin.'
--well, that's not entirely accurate. But in the interest of not allowing things to deteriorate further between himself and his partner, he does the sensible thing (better late than never?) and doesn't leave the Clinic.
He does, however, dig around the network for the name, and happens to find the correct Forge to contact.
By the time the video starts, Kotetsu already looks awkward, and wonders if he shouldn't have just left a text message instead.]
